I have been Nationally Board Certified, New Hampshire State Licensed Massage Therapist since 1996, and Certified Infant Massage Instructor since 2010.  I believe massage is an important part of overall health and well being at any age.  In my years of experience, I have seen regular massage can assist my clients in maintaining a more relaxed feeling and overall relief of discomfort.
